The ‘Lifestyle’ and ‘News’ sections of the realestate.com.au website had been essential to fostering engagement, educating audiences and driving traffic. As technologies and the content creation landscape was evolving, it was time to transition the digital experience on web to optimise it’s engagement as well as bring the content to the newly created relestate.com.au app.

The transition required consideration for the app’s interface, user experience and seamless navigation. Gaining an understanding of how customers prefer to engage with content, share content and save content was crucial in the design decision making process. I performed customer interviews and user testing to understand how customers interact with content along differing property journeys.
